Inn Policies

Bosch Garten's 2008 Resolution is to "go greener".  We have incorporated several things since the beginning of our business to be eco-friendly and good to our planet but we want our guests to know we are striving to do more.  We use organic products when possible to obtain a clean and healthy environment without chemicals, serve organic foods that are available and in season.  We welcome you to join us in our efforts.

A minimum 2 night stay at Bosch Garten B&B may apply at various times during the year such as festival weekends, holidays, and high season months of July, August, and December. Please check with us as reservation arrangements may allow us to accept one night stays (at a higher rate) on weekends.

Deposits/Cancellations/Refunds

    A one night deposit per room may be required at the time of your reservation. All reservations must be confirmed with a major credit card or personal check (must be received two weeks prior to arrival date.) Cash payments are accepted upon arrival.
  • We are a small B&B so cancellations really affect our business. We require a 14 day notice for most dates, and a 30 day notice for major festivals, holidays and the month of December. Cancellations received prior to the 14/30 days will receive a refund (if already charged) less a processing fee. If you should have to cancel within the required 14/30 days, you are responsible for any nights we are unable to rebook.
  • All cancellations will be charged a minimum $10.00 per night (plus tax) re-booking fee per room reserved by credit card. No shows will be charged for all room nights reserved.
  • In cases where travel is impossible to Leavenworth due to all pass closures, your deposit will be refunded.
  • To cancel, please give us a call as we do not accept responsibility for cancellations via email in case we do not receive them.

Check In / Check Out Times

Check in time is 3-6 pm. Earlier check ins are not allowed as our day is scheduled around this time. We ask our registered guests to contact us via email or by phone if they expect to arrive later than 6 pm. Check out is by 11 am (except Sundays by 10:30 am.) so that we have time to prepare the inn for the next guests. Business and traveling guests may make special arrangements for early or late check outs.

For the Comfort and Safety of all Guests:

We are a smoke free environment, therefore no smoking is allowed on the premises. Also for safety and liability reasons, no candles or open flame products are permitted on the premises.

We accept children 12 and older. Some exceptions are considered if under age 12. Please inquire.

Due to our two resident schnauzer dogs, no additional pets are allowed.

To take advantage of our lower weekday rates that apply most Sundays-Thursdays, go to our Rooms/Rates page for information on each room.  Weekday discounts may not apply during the high season months of July, August, and December,.

We keep our Webervations Availability Calendar updated daily, respond to email messages (hopefully we have received your email but please don't hesitate to call just in case) several times a day, and return calls ASAP if you leave a voice message.
